A trip to Europe via ocean liner in 1961 was a far cry from today’s hurried pace. We took trunks filled with clothes including evening gowns the girls wore in Paris with the boys in suits. Click on the photo for a larger view, look closely, and you will see pearl necklaces and white evening gloves. Those were the days!
